NaPoWriMo 2013 
Of course you are. A poem is just a condensed, colorful version of a short story. Unless it’s an epic of course, then it IS a story, and a not-so-condensed one at that, haha. It’s just a little shift in your mindset. There’s not a person on the planet that can’t tell some sort of story.
Sounds like the one I should get on any day I set aside to focus on writing…
Since I’ve just started I have lots of things to think and say. I’m not sure what is going to happen when I run out.
Haha, if you’re like me the problem becomes not so much what to say, but how to say it. But I’m mostly referring to fiction. Poetry is still very new to me as well.
I’m not sure I’m capable of doing stories!
